As Regional Director for Workforce Development in North Carolina, she led efforts to strengthen public health workforce capabilities and developed targeted training programs addressing cultural competence, health literacy, and professional development. With advanced degrees in social work, public administration, and evaluation, she is dedicated to fostering future public health professionals through mentorship, workforce initiatives, and interprofessional education.
